Map and speed limit data
Road geometry and speed limits come from OpenStreetMap.

The map files MotoSema distributes are a derivative database of OpenStreetMap and are themselves offered under ODbL 1.0. They can be downloaded, together with the tools that build them, from Documents and Data.
Regional extracts are published by Geofabrik, which requires no attribution — their extracts are OpenStreetMap data rather than their own work. Country boundaries and metadata come from Natural Earth, which is in the public domain.
Software libraries
MotoSema uses open source Flutter and Dart packages. The complete list, with each package's full licence text, is shown in the app under Settings → About → Open Source Licenses. It is generated at runtime from the packages actually compiled into the build, so it is always accurate for the version you are running rather than for a list someone maintained by hand.
The build pipeline
The tools that turn OpenStreetMap extracts into MotoSema's map files are released under the MIT License. That covers the tooling only — the data it produces is ODbL, as above.
