• •Crash detection with optional emergency SMS alerts
• •Ride statistics and analytics
• •Badge achievements based on riding performance

The App is designed as a supplementary tool for recreational and informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

When using RideAppAI, you agree to:

• •Focus on safe riding at all times—never interact with the App while riding
• •Mount your device securely before starting any ride
• •Verify speed and navigation information against your vehicle's instruments
• •Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits regardless of App data
• •Maintain your motorcycle and safety equipment properly
• •Use crash detection as a backup, not a primary safety system

You are solely responsible for your riding decisions and safety.

4. Important Disclaimers

GPS Speed Disclaimer

GPS speed readings:

• •May be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable
• •Are affected by signal strength, weather, tunnels, and urban environments
• •Should be used for informational and ride recording purposes only
• •Must not be relied upon for real-time speed monitoring while riding

Always refer to your vehicle's built-in speedometer for accurate speed information.

Speed Limit Data Disclaimer

Speed limit information:

• •May be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect
• •Varies in accuracy by region
• •Is provided for general awareness only
• •Does not override posted road signs

You must always obey actual posted speed limit signs and local traffic laws.

Crash Detection Disclaimer

Limitations:

• •Detection depends on device sensor quality and mounting position
• •Not all crashes will be detected
• •False positives may occur
• •SMS alerts require manual confirmation to send
• •Message delivery depends on cellular network availability
• •Emergency services are not automatically contacted

This feature does not replace proper safety gear, riding training, or emergency services. Always wear appropriate protective equipment and ride within your abilities.

Lean Angle Disclaimer

Lean angle measurements:

• •Depend on proper device mounting and calibration
• •Are approximations based on sensor data
• •May vary from actual lean angles
• •Should not be used to push riding limits

Do not use lean angle data to attempt more aggressive riding than your skill level allows.

5. Subscription Terms

Free Tier

• •Basic features with advertisements
• •Limited ride history (last 2 rides)
• •Limited emergency contacts (1 contact)

Premium Subscription

• •Ad-free experience
• •Unlimited ride history
• •Up to 5 emergency contacts
• •Advanced analytics and export features

Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Pricing varies by region and is displayed in your local currency at time of purchase.

Subscription terms:

• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• •Cancel anytime through your device's app store settings
• •No refunds for partial subscription periods
• •Features revert to Free tier upon cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RideAppAI are owned by HEDX Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• •Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• •Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• •Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• •Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• •Injuries or accidents while riding
• •Reliance on GPS speed or speed limit data
• •Failure of crash detection to activate
• •Emergency messages not being delivered
• •Data loss or corruption
• •Device damage from mounting

You use RideAppAI entirely at your own risk. Motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous, and this App does not reduce those risks.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEDX Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Any accident or injury occurring while using the App

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RideAppAI:

Upon termination:

• •Local data remains on your device (you can delete it)
• •Active subscriptions will not be refunded

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

For users in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
